Partner Andrew Alpert is a former prosecutor and one of the leading DUI/DWI and Criminal Defense Attorneys in both the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia. In his over 19 years of practicing law, he has successfully defended numerous individuals in DUI and vehicular manslaughter cases, as well as those charged with other criminal offenses. Alpert is one of only a few attorneys in Maryland that is a Certified NHTSA Standardized Field Sobriety Test Instructor. In addition to his success as a criminal defense attorney, Alpert is also an experienced and successful Maryland personal injury lawyer who has collected millions of dollars in compensation for clients injured due to the negligence of others.
