As an associate with a boutique law firm in Baltimore, Mr. Bealefeld demonstrated his ability to manage complex litigation for both private and corporate clients alike. Appearing before District and Circuit Courts as well as before arbitrators, Mr. Bealefeld continually demonstrated the ability to skillfully represent his clients to favorable ends. Mr. Bealefeld also acquired extensive experience in family law as he managed all aspects of child custody and divorce actions from filing of the initial pleadings through trial. Additionally, he handled the drafting of wills and trusts for numerous clients as part of their estate planning process and managed the collection of semi-annual ground rents for several clients with substantial real estate holdings.

In 2006 Mr. Bealefeld transitioned to a prominent mid-size defense firm based in Atlanta and Baltimore where he represented a group of clients in asbestos products liability and personal injury litigation matters at both the national and local levels. Nationally, he was involved in the defense of multi-jurisdictional multi-million dollar product liability litigation. Locally, he served as defense counsel for a prominent manufacturer in connection with the defense of personal injury and wrongful death actions stemming from exposure to asbestos.

Most recently, Mr. Bealefeld worked in a defense firm where he represented individual and corporate clients alike in both state and federal trial and appellate courts. More specifically, Mr. Bealefeld handled the prosecution and defense of insurance coverage actions as well as personal injury actions from trial through appeal.
