Mr. Meng concentrates his practice in the fields of Estate and Trust litigation and Real Property litigation however, he has extensive experience with Personal Injury litigation. Mr. Meng holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree with a concentration in space science and applied physics from the Catholic University of America. He attended law school at Catholic University and graduated with his Juris Doctor in 1973 in the top ten percent of his class.
