Mr. Meng concentrates his practice in the fields of Estate and Trust litigation and Real Property litigation however, he has extensive experience with Personal Injury litigation. He worked as an outside insurance defense counsel for State Farm Insurance Companies which provided him with valuable and significant jury trial experience in the auto accident field. His many years of practice has been primarily in the town of Upper Marlboro, the county seat for Prince George's County, Maryland.

Mr. Meng holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree with a concentration in space science and applied physics from the Catholic University of America. He attended law school at Catholic University and graduated with his Juris Doctor in 1973 in the top ten percent of his class.

He worked as an engineer with Westinghouse for 6 years.
